Japanese company acquires rights to Iranian publications

TEHRAN -- It’s More Company, a digital media center in Japan, has acquired the rights to publish electronic versions of five children’s books, which have been published by Iran’s Institute for the Intellectual Development of Children and Young Adults (IIDCYA).
 
The deal to transfer the rights to the Japanese company was signed at the 21st Tokyo International Book Fair in early July, IIDCYA Book Section Director Saeideh Argani told Tehran Times on Wednesday.
 
The books are “Dialogue among Colors” written by Bahram Khaef, “The Eleventh Step” by Susan Taqdis, “I Am the Same, I Am the Same” by Fariba Kalhor, “Lenticel” by Manuchehr Karimzadeh and “Ton-Pich” by Mahsa Jalali-Kamalian.
 
It’s More Company will publish the books in Persian, English and Japanese, she said.
 
The IIDCYA put a large collection of its publications on display at the 21st Tokyo International Book Fair, which was held from July 2 to 5 in Japan.
