TEHRAN -- The Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB) plans to produce a TV series on the life story of Major General Hassan Tehrani Moqaddam, the director of the IRGC Jihad Self-Sufficiency Organization.
The series entitled “Netanyahu’s Nightmare” will be produced at Sima Film, a major film studio affiliated with the IRIB.
Praviz Sheikhtadi, the director of the anti-Zionist drama “Saturday Hunter”, will direct the serial and Mahmud Razvi will collaborate as producer in this project, Sima Film Director Mohammadreza Masumzadegan announced during a ceremony held on Tuesday to introduce the project.
A team of screenwriters, led by Tajbakhsh Fanaian, is working on the screenplay for the series, which is scheduled to be broadcast from IRIB’s Channel 3 in 2015.
Tehrani Moqaddam was killed by two huge explosions at an Islamic Revolution Guards Corps munitions depot near the town of Malard in Alborz Province on November 12, 2011.
