TEHRAN -- The Fajr International Film Market opened at Tehran’s Milad Tower on Thursday.
The market is held annually on the sidelines of the Fajr International Film Festival.
Representatives of 75 companies from Azerbaijan, Lebanon, Germany, Australia, Canada, Qatar, Turkey, and several other countries are attending the market, organizers of the festival announced in a press release.
However, no names were mentioned for the companies.
Over 35 Iranian companies including the Farabi Cinematic Foundation, the Art Bureau, Filmiran and Hedayat Film are offering their latest productions at the market, which will run until February 3.
