TEHRAN – The Iranian film “Hatred” directed by Amir Dormishian will compete in the Jaipur International Film Festival (JIFF), which will be held from January 30 to February 3 in India.
The film, which was shot in Turkey, is about the life of an Iranian couple, Jaleh and Hamed, after their immigration.
Baran Kowsari, Babak Hamidian and Mehran Ahmadi are the main members of the cast of the movie.
The festival aims to promote new movie makers, and the exchange of knowledge, information, ideas and culture between India and other nations in the context of their social and cultural ethos.
JIFF also promotes friendship and co-operation among people of the world through the medium of films and documentaries.
