IIDCYA adds English translation to “The Story of Ahmad and Clock”

TEHRAN -- The Institute for the Intellectual Development of Children and Young Adults (IIDCYA) has published a new edition of the memorable book “The Story of Ahmad and Clock” with an English translation.

 

A Persian edition of the book had been published in 1987, but the new edition also includes an English translation.

 

Shaqayeq Qandehari has translated the book, which was written by Fereshteh Taerpur and illustrated by Mehrnush Masumian. 

  

The book is about a little boy named Ahmad who is excited about mountain climbing and is anxious to go with his father the next morning for the first time.

 

Persian versions of book have been published several times.
