TEHRAN -- “Rescue Path”, a Gaza drama produced by Iran’s Sahar Universal Network, will be screened at the Arab Film Festival Rotterdam in the Netherlands.
Directed by Rama Qavidel, the film is about Maha, a kind teacher at a Gaza orphanage, who has lost his memory after an accident.
Nadine Salameh and Wassim Wehbe are among members of the film’s all-Arab cast.
The Arab Film Festival Rotterdam will be held from November 28 to December 2.
It is known as the venue in Europe for independent, critical, daring and innovative films.
A special focus among the programs arranged for this year’s festival is “The People Want”, which will spotlight films and documentaries about the revolutions that have occurred in the Arab countries over the past three years.
