TEHRAN – The Niavaran Cultural Center will host the 7th edition of Iran’s Seven Views, an art expo organized by seven major galleries in Tehran.
The Aria, Elaheh, Dey, Golestan, Haft Samar, Vaali and Mah-e Mehr galleries will showcase a collection of paintings, sculptures and calligraphy works during the expo, which will be held from November 14 to 28.
“We have invited seven more galleries to join the event to celebrate 7th edition of the expo,” Seven Views secretary Lili Golestan said in a press release on Sunday.
The Aran, Etemad, Hanna, Dastaan Basement, Seen, Seyhun and Tarrahan-e Azad galleries have been invited to the expo, she added.
She said that each of those galleries invited to the expo will be allowed to display seven works at the show.
The expo, which will be held with the motto of “Every Iranian Home, One Artwork”, will feature 400 artworks by 350 artists.
Artworks by celebrated artists, including Sohrab Sepehri, Mohammad Ehsaii, Aidin Aghdashlu, Parviz Tanavoli, Iran Darrudi, Farideh Lashaii and Parvaneh Etemadi, have been selected for exhibition.
