TEHRAN – Representatives of various international news agencies, television stations and newspapers are attending the 20th Exhibition of Press and News Agencies in Tehran to introduce their activities during event.
A number of meetings have been arranged during the exhibit running from November 8 to 14 at the Imam Khomeini Mosalla, the organizers announced on Saturday.
Cyril Julien, the head of the Tehran bureau of the French news agency AFP, Ana Cardenes from the Tehran bureau of Spanish news agency EFE, Alexander Levchenko from the Russian News Agency Itar-Tass and Dingdu Yang Chief of the Tehran bureau of Chinese Xinhua News Agency will hold meetings with visitors during the exhibition.
Catalina Gomez of the El Tiempo Newspaper of Colombia, Mohammad-Saleh Sadaqian of the British newspaper Al-Hayat, Ali Hashem of the Lebanese news network, Al Mayadeen, and Isa Hosseini Mazri, the head of Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) will also discuss recent events in the region at several meetings.
A variety of newspapers, magazines and periodicals are on display at the exhibit, which promotes the motto “Responsible Freedom”.
