TEHRAN – The Iran Photo Club, a virtual gallery for Iranian professional photographers, is displaying a selection of photos by its members in an exhibition at the Iranian Artists Forum (IAF).
A total of 154 photos by over 100 photographers has been put on display in the exhibit, which opened yesterday in three galleries of the forum, the Persian service of ILNA reported on Sunday.
The photos were chosen out of 3100 photos submitted by over 7000 members to the virtual gallery found at 1pix.ir.
A professional panel of photographers including Fakhreddin Fakhreddini, Nasrollah Kasraiian, Maryam Zandi, Seifollah Samadian, Afshin Bakhtiari and Afshin Shahrudi selected the photos.
Several guests including actor Reza Kianian is also displaying his photos in the exhibit, curator Arash Hamidi said.
The exhibit runs until July 12 in the IAF located on Musavi St., off Taleqani Ave.
