TEHRAN – A Persian translation of “Heart of a Dog” by Russian writer and playwright Mikhail Bulgakov (1891-1940) has been published by Qasedak-e Saba Publications.
This hilarious novel tells the story of a Moscow mongrel named Sharik. Sharik is transformed into a man who spouts Engels and inevitably finds his niche in the bureaucracy, writes Amazon on its website.
The story has been translated into Persian by Mehdi Afshar.
