TEHRAN -- Mohammad-Mehdi Asgarpur’s family drama “We Have a Guest” is scheduled to go on screen at Iranian movie theaters today.
The film starring Parviz Parastuii, Ahu Kheradmand, Behruz Shoeybi and Soheila Golestani is about an elderly couple who brings their son, a war veteran, from an asylum to their home to welcome a special guest.
The film had its national premiere at the 31st Fajr International Film Festival in February 2014. It was acclaimed by critics and filmgoers.
The film also was screened at the 19th Busan International Film Festival in South Korea and at the 8th Annual Balinale, the Bali International Film Festival in Indonesia during October.
