TEHRAN -- The 21st International Theater Festival for Children and Young Adults in Hamedan announced the national lineup on Monday.
Eight plays will go on stage at the children’s section of the festival.
“Daughter of Pumpkin” by directors Ali Pakdast and Maryam Eqbali from Tehran and “The Magic Journey of Dwarfs” by Parastu Golestani from Tehran are among the children’s plays.
“Paper Dream” by director Reza Faqihi from Malayer and “Hurshid” by Nasir-Ahmad Mollazehi from Sarbaz are among the seven works, which will go on stage for the youth.
Six theaters in the Iranian city will host performances by Iranians and performers from other countries during the festival, which will be held from October 7 to 15.
