TEHRAN – The Iranian director Masud Tarverdi is staging Arthur Miller’s “Some Kind of Love Story” at the Khosro Se-Noqteh Theater in Tehran.
“The play depicts some stages of the marital life of Miller and Marilyn Monroe,” Tarverdi told the Persian service of MNA.
Nasim Afsharpur and Masud Tarverdi star in the two-person play, which will go on stage until September 5.
The play, a one-act play by the American playwright Arthur Miller, is about a hard-boiled Irish detective and a woman (who also is schizophrenic) who holds the key to this criminal case he has been working on – and obsessing over – for five years.
