TEHRAN -- An exhibition of photos displaying official ceremonies held for the inauguration of Iranian presidents opened at the National Library and Archives of Iran on Sunday.
The photos focus on the presidential oath of office at the Majlis, their endorsements by the Founder of the Islamic Republic, Imam Khomeini and Supreme Leader Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, and several other ceremonies.
A collection of relevant documents are also on display at the exhibition, which runs until August 9.
Seven presidents have ruled Iran since the victory of the Islamic Revolution in 1979.
