TEHRAN – Paintings by the Iranian artist Habib Farajabadi will go on display during an exhibition at the Mottahedan Projects (MP) gallery in Dubai from May 19 to June 30.
Twenty abstract works created with acrylic paints, color pencil and pastel have been selected for the exhibit.
“My works are a reflection of my personal feelings. The collection doesn’t convey any social or political message,” Farajabadi told the Persian service of ISNA on Saturday.
He said that he plans to hold an exhibit during October in Iran.
The Mottahedan Projects (MP) is a commercial project space specializing in exhibiting and promoting international contemporary art.
