Painting
* An exhibition of paintings by Abolfazl Lireh is underway at the Atbin Gallery.
The exhibit runs until May 14 at the gallery located at 42 Khakzad Ave., off Vali-e Asr St.
* Parisa Shamani’s portraits of actress Mahnaz Afshar are on display in an exhibition at the Eshraq Cultural Center.
The exhibition will continue until May 14 at the Naqsh Gallery of the center located on Nahidi (Jashnvareh) St., Tehranpars 2nd Square.
* The Sareban Gallery is currently playing host to an exhibition of paintings by the deceased artist Ebrahim Saheb-Ekhtiari.
The exhibition entitled “Land of Wishes” runs until May 13 at the gallery located at 8 Mehmandust St., off Shahid Beheshti Ave.
* Niavaran Cultural Center is playing host to an exhibition of paintings by Mahvash Dowlatabadi and Farzaneh Khanamu.
The exhibit will be running until May 12 at the center located in Niavaran neighborhood.
* Paintings by Kamelia Barazandeh are currently on display at the Moqaddam Museum of the University of Tehran.
The exhibit will be running until May 14 at the museum, which can found on Imam Khomeini St., near Vali-e Asr St.

* Photos by Naghmeh Jahani are currently on display in an exhibition at the Shokuh Gallery.
The central theme of the exhibition entitled “Black and White” is dreams. A video art is also being screened on during the exhibit.
The gallery is located at 19 Amir Nuri Alley, North Salimi St., Andarzgu Blvd.

* A collection of 100 cartoons by Meysam Seyyed-Aqahosseini is on show in an exhibition at Vahdat Hall
The cartoons are on theme of the Persian Gulf and the exhibit will be running until May 5 at the hall located on Shahriar St., Hafez Ave.
