TEHRAN -- Tehran’s Rudaki Hall will be playing host to a festival of classical music, which will begin on Thursday.
Solo, duet and trio groups from Iranian educational centers will be performing during the festival, which has been organized by the House of Urban Arts.
Pieces by Ludwig van Beethoven, Bernhard Heiden, Franz Schubert, Achille-Claude Debussy, André Jolivet, Edward Benjamin Britten, Alban Berg, André Hossein (Aminoullah Husseinov), Mehrdad Pakbaz and several other composers will highlight the repertoires of the groups.
The House of Urban Arts organized a weeklong festival of fusion music in Tehran in March.
